    Hi Chetna,

    This sounds lovely. Will the recipes on here be in your new book? Although the You Tube demos are helpful I really need a written recipe to follow as I just don’t have time to write down the ingredients for my shopping list and then the method. Would be sooo great to have them in writing as well…happy cooking!

    I made this last night and it was so delicious!! Thank you for all your recipes, I’ve enjoyed trying them out. I want to make the Coffee Walnut Cake next! I do have one question, though. What are the spice quantities for the mango powder, coriander and garam masala? Maybe I missed you mentioning them. Thanks!
