“Chetna’s Healthy Indian Vegetarian”

My new book is out NOW!!!!
I am very excited to share with you guys that my new book Healthy Indian Vegetarian is out now.

Healthy Indian Vegetarian is a celebration of Indian food at its best; fresh, vibrant and supremely moreish.

In true Chetna style, this book combines my creative flavour twists with a love of simple Indian home cooking. Taking inspiration from the eclectic mix of vegetarian and vegan dishes found in Indian cuisine, these tempting and hugely simple recipes celebrate plant-based food, bringing vegetables centre stage.

Nothing complicated; just beautiful food for everyone – and so healthy that you can enjoy it every day.

With over 80 delicious new recipes that vegetarians and even the most dedicated of meat-eaters can enjoy, I will show you just how creative you can be with even the most humble of vegetables.

    Gosto das receitas dos vídeos, mas não acho escritas nem em inglês.

    Então nso tem como comprar o material se não vem escrito, como nos outros vídeos do YouTube.

    Hi, Chetna. when I opened Healthy Indian Vegetarian and saw your photo, my immediate reaction was “I know that woman!” and, of course, I know you well from Best British Baking Show. In Canada we get reruns of past years and I have watched and enjoyed your BBBS group many times. Based on your kids’ recommendation the first recipe I tried was Masala Paneer and I really enjoyed it. I made Mixed veg in yoghurt sauce tonight – also delicious. I live in Surrey, British Columbia and can easily obtain all the Indian veg, spices and pulses. I look forward to enjoying more recipes from your book.
